You can take in enough fluids by drinking several glasses of water each day, in addition to the fluids in juices and soups. Talk to your health care provider or midwife about restricting your intake of caffeine and artificial sweeteners.
Minimally processed and unprocessed vegan whole foods will mean that you remain healthy, well-nourished and that your body will get all the macronutrients it needs (protein, fats & carbohydrates) as well as most of the micronutrients (vitamins and minerals).
